How It Works｜流程說明

1. Register 註冊帳號
Create a vendor account and provide your business details (KVK registration, NVWA certification if applicable).
註冊商家帳號並提交基本商業資料（包含 KVK 登記與食品註冊，如適用）。

2. Subscribe 訂閱賣家方案
Choose and activate your vendor subscription plan before you start listing products.
選擇並啟用你的賣家訂閱方案後，即可開始上架商品。

3. Upload Products 上架商品
Add your product photos, descriptions, and prices directly from your vendor dashboard.
透過商家後台上傳商品圖片、描述與價格。

4. Receive Orders 接收訂單
When customers order, TaiwanSmaken collects the payment securely through Stripe.
消費者下單後，台灣味會透過 Stripe 代收款項。

5. Ship & Get Paid 出貨與收款
After orders are delivered and marked as completed, your balance becomes available for withdrawal from your vendor dashboard.
訂單出貨並完成後，你可在商家後台的「Withdraw」頁面提領款項。

Payments & Fees｜金流與服務費

All transactions are processed safely through Stripe, ensuring smooth and legal payouts.
TaiwanSmaken deducts a small service fee before transferring the balance to the vendor.

所有交易皆透過 Stripe 安全處理，確保金流合法透明。
平台將於撥款前收取服務費作為平台維運成本。

Vendor Responsibilities｜商家責任

By joining TaiwanSmaken, you agree to:

    • Operate under a valid KVK registration.

    • Comply with NVWA regulations if selling food products.

    • Ensure product quality, safe packaging, and timely delivery.

    • Provide accurate and truthful product information.

加入台灣味即表示你同意：

    • 以合法登記（具 KVK 編號）之名義經營

    • 若販售食品，遵守 NVWA（荷蘭食品安全局） 規範

    • 確保商品品質、包裝與準時出貨

    • 提供正確商品資訊
